Raising my children has been my biggest challenge and my biggest gift!

I have 3 sons (18, 14 & 12 yrs old) and a daughter who is 3 yrs old.

I am an Aware Parenting (AwP) Instructor and have been practicing AwP for 11 years. Helping families gives me so much inspiration and hope for our future generations.

I have been married, divorced, re-partnered and am now co-parenting my first 3 kids. It’s been a ride thats for sure!!

Life, spirit and a deep love for my sisters has lead me to my latest passion (maybe obsession) that is birth. Unpacking my own births and seeing where I birthed in full power - bliss and also other times outsourced my power - struggle.

In witnessing women birth I’m seeing the wisdom, intuition and strength that comes from a mother birthing in her power - it is life altering and impacts the family in so many positive ways.

Woman’s business, creating circle culture and building strong nature connected community’s is what fills my cup.
